Norepinephrine is synthesized by the body into epinephrine, causing central nervous system stimulation. Norvasc tartrate, is a non-benzodiazepine hypnotic of the imidazopyridine class and is available in 5 mg and 10 mg strenth tablets for oral administration. Norvasc is important to continue taking this medication even if you feel well. While you are using Norvasc, it is important to brush and floss your teeth carefully to reduce swelling and tenderness of your gums. Norvasc besylate is a white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 567.1. It is slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Norvasc tablets are formulated as white tablets equivalent to 2.5, 5 and 10 mg of Norvasc for oral administration.
