Do not take Ultram if you have hardening of the arteries, symptoms of heart or Ultram blood vessel disease, an overactive thyroid gland, the eye condition known as Ultram glaucoma. Antibodies occur in two forms: a soluble form secreted into the blood and tissue fluids, and a membrane-bound form attached to the surface of a B cell that is called the B cell receptor. In order to provide best protection, children are recommended to receive Ultram.
